The Metro Loop, also known as the Stepford Loop, was an intended loop branch that was supposed to be operated by Metro.

It was supposed to go from the original Beechley (now City Hospital) to St Helens Park. However, due to the original cancellation of Metro, it was demolished and the only existing part of it is the current Stepford Victoria Branch.

With Metro's return in Version 2.2, many players speculated that the original Metro Loop could return along with the previously proposed stations. However, the Metro Loop did not return and a new loop including Coxly Newtown was added instead. It is unknown if an introduction of the Metro Loop is planned in the future.

On 29 October 2025, a sneak peek for Version 2.3 was released, showcasing an unknown Metro-branded station, located in Stepford City. Some users theorised this station might be related to the Metro Loop or be part of a newer take on it. However, the station was later revealed to be Cadoxton on the Stepford Bay Branch, extending from Beechley instead.
