This is a list of all badges in the game. Badges can be earned through various activities, including unlocking new operators, seeing directors, fulfilling a set amount of play time, climbing on statues, as well as finding Easter eggs.

Spawn as a passenger at the Main Approach Entrance of Stepford Central, then go down to Stece_Sama statue and walk to the arches. There is a narrow way between a wall and the bridge. Players can see a 9-¾ sign at the end. They can pass through the wall of the bridge where it's attached. After passing through it, the player can see a huge empty room and a wall with the text "An easter egg? But it's not easter yet! I guess BanTech just likes to mess around. Welcome to the big empty space under Stepford Central! Touch me for a free badge". When they touch the wall, they will get the badge "I wonder what's in here...", and the text on the wall will change to "Hehe, that tickles"

Trivia

• Many badges have a low ownership due to the difficulty of obtaining them for players who do not play the game for long, especially those that require purchases, like the operator badges (excluding Connect and Metro), badges to do with finding Easter Eggs, like the Mayor of Bodin, and the meeting a Director badges.
  • Counter intuitively, the time milestone badges are somewhat easier to obtain, and have a higher ownership, as they don't require active play to obtain. Theoretically, a player could join the game once briefly, then not play the game until two years later and simply obtain all the badges.
• The badge titles for Directors didn't include rank names until 14 April 2020.
• The "Platform 9 3/4" badge is a reference to the Harry Potter franchise.
• The Weight of the World badge statue pose resembles Atlas in Greek mythology.
• The badges were reworked on 24 October 2020, when the new OD hv9690 got their badge and RD was renamed to CD (Community Director).
• Despite all operators receiving a new train livery and logo following their rebrand between V1.5 and V1.7, the badge thumbnails of each operator still used the older themes until 1.10.1 update.
• Even though the "Visited Every Station" badge was made for the 50 Million Update, it is still obtainable even after the update.
• The badges of some former Directors were not removed immediately after they resigned from their ranks, and were still obtainable for a few months after their resignations:
  • hv9690 had resigned from the rank of Operations Director, and the rank itself had been removed on 22 February 2021, but the badge "You met [OD] hv9690" could still be obtained until March/April, 2021.
    • Also, unlike the badge of the former ODs ATEKGaming and IslandLine, the badge title of hv9690 was not updated to 'ex-OD' before being removed.
  • Doodgewoonbas stepped down from the Community Director role on 1 July 2022, but the badge "You met [CD] Doodgewoonbas" was obtainable until 18 October 2022.
• Although AsmeSolent was promoted to Operations Director on 5 February 2022, there was no badge created for meeting him in-game until 26 May 2022.
• Even though GameZotto was promoted to Operations Director on 13 August 2023, there was no badge for meeting him in game until when Version 2.0 came out nearly a year later on 12 August 2024.
• Despite the Metro operator being added on 11 May 2025 there was no badge for when players first drove it until 22 May 2025.
