The Operations Manager, also known as [OM], was a Manager rank. They were the manager of the Mobile Operations Supervisors. Their main responsibilities were overseeing the collection and analysis of training and group statistics, managing Mobile Operations Supervisors, and assisting in other departments when needed. The rank was retired on 10 July 2024, however still remains as a rank in the Roblox group currently. It was removed as a part of Supervisor 2.0, which merged all the Supervisor roles into one, including Mobile Operations Supervisors, and thus rendered the role useless.

Trivia
- This rank was formerly known as Head of Operational Delivery [HOD].
- Errno2 was transferred from HNS (now SM), while RLSJ1997 transferred from HOS. Both were from the same SSG application batch, and both transferred to their respective Manager roles from MOS/PRA respectively.
- The manager of this rank used to be the Head of Operations before it was removed.
- On 10 July 2024 at about 20:30, former Senior Guard and current Signaller HaydnPlayz2 held the Operations Manager role in the SCR Official Discord for about one minute before quickly being changed back. His rank was not changed in the Roblox group.
- Also on 10 July 2024, Biome_z's nickname in the SCR Official Discord was changed to include a question mark in the rank acronym, seen here.
