The Signaller Manager [SM] is the manager that controls and has the authority in the Rail Operating Centres across Stepford County Railway. They have access to admin commands in the Discord server and in-game. They manage the Signallers and Senior Signallers.

Signaller Managers read the Senior Signaller and Signaller applications as well as organizing Signaller trainings and take care of reports for Signaller doing their job incorrectly. They are the head of the whole Signalling department; they look after the department and make plans for improvement when needed.

The current Signaller Managers are Dweller4, Oliver345A, SpaceIDragon, and thestargateking.

• The original double occupation of this rank was special at the time as other managerial ranks were occupied by one user only.
• TransportForWales' first occupation of the rank from 17 July 2019 to 17 September 2019 was planned to be temporary while billythepet was away. TransportForWales returned to the position on 18 November 2019 as a permanent member.
• This was the first managerial rank to occupy 4 people concurrently, following Starquius' promotion.
• billythepet holds the record for the 2nd longest serving manager behind Stece_Sama, having stayed in this rank for 1700 days and Stece_Sama stayed in his rank for 1723 days until his death in 15 July 2024.
